Job Description:

Our client, a global fashion business is looking for a CRM Manager to join their busy team in London to focus on optimising their current CRM strategy and ensure best practices across the business. CRM is a massive focus for the group and this role will be key in ensuring all of their activities are streamlined and optimised.

Job Responsibility:

  • Focus on optimising their current CRM strategy and ensure best practices across the business
  • Ensure all of their activities are streamlined and optimised
  • Clearly present insights
  • Be responsible for aligning the CRM function across the business and own the CRM function from acquisition, lifecycle to retention
  • Ensure that the current CRM ESPs are optimised
  • Be hands-on with the delivery of the launch of the new CRM platform next year

Requirements:

  • Technical expertise in CRM campaign optimisation
  • Experience in managing markets and large-scale CRM campaigns
  • Experience of managing direct reports (this role will manage 4 people)
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with ever-changing demands
  • Must be data-driven and focus on segmentation and automation
  • Understand insights and analyse performance on a daily basis
  • Experience in managing agencies and dealing with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive and adaptable
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Be an encouraging leader for your team
