Job Description:

Our client, a well-funded fintech business which is one of the most exciting businesses to work for at this moment in time is looking for a CRM Manager to join their busy team in London to focus on optimising their current CRM strategy and ensure best practice across the business. CRM is a massive focus for the group and this role will be key in ensuring all of their activities are streamlined and optimised.

Job Responsibility:

  • Focus on optimising their current CRM strategy and ensure best practice across the business
  • Ensure all of their activities are streamlined and optimised
  • Clearly present insights
  • Be responsible for aligning the CRM function across the business
  • Own the CRM function from acquisition, lifecycle to retention

Requirements:

  • Technical expertise in CRM campaign optimisation
  • Experience of managing markets and large scale CRM campaigns
  • Experience of managing direct reports
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with ever-changing demands
  • Must be data driven and focus on segmentation and automation
  • Must understand insights and analyse performance on a daily basis
  • Proactive and adaptable in fast-paced environments with the ability to multi-task
  • Must be an encouraging leader for your team
