Job Description:

My client is a household name in beauty, their unique business model is tech powered successfully disrupting the beauty market. They are looking for a brand-new Email and CRM Manager to join their fast-growing team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and drive the CRM and email strategy to support customer acquisition, retention/reactivation, improving conversion, building customer engagement, lifetime value and supporting business KPIs
  • Co-manage planning, developing, and implementing CRM campaigns
  • Work closely with the Brand Marketing and Growth team to ensure brand email communications are aligned with other marketing channels

Requirements:

  • Experience managing a CRM team
  • Ability to collect and analyse data
  • Preferable B2C background
  • Knowledge of excel and Google analytics
