Job Description:

My industry-leading fashion client is looking for a brand-new CRM Manager to join their well-established team. Offering a salary up to £45,000, 5 days a week in the office with a huge amount of room for progression, making it the perfect opportunity for a CRM Executive ready for the step up with no direct reports.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the end-to-end creation and delivery of customer emails
Build on the current email strategy, improving both personalisation and automation
Work closely with the in-house content team and creative media agency to develop assets and email content
Ensure processes and targets are met
Build, brief, proof, test and commission campaigns within the email platform
Perform A/B testing
Regularly review sales reports and email analytics

Requirements:

CRM experience within the Fashion industry
Experience using CRM ESPs
Advanced Excel skills
PowerPoint skills
Experience with web analytic tools (Google Analytics)
Excellent attention to detail
High-level accuracy
Proofreading skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks to a high level of quality
