CRM Manager

Our client, a fast-growing interiors / lifestyle business is currently looking to recruit a CRM Manager. You will create a CRM strategy that ultimately leads to increased engagement and overall increased value to both the customer and our client. You’ll be passionate about CRM technology, with the ability to communicate effectively. You will plan and map out a growth-led strategy to drive conversions, repeat orders and LTV to achieve our commercial objectives. You will Leverage direct consumer relationships across the entire customer journey, including establishing the most relevant journeys and the optimal interaction strategies at each interaction point.
