Job Description:

My industry-leading client is looking for a brand-new CRM Manager to join their well-established team. Offering a salary up to £55,000, 5 days a week working from home with a huge amount of room for progression, making it the perfect opportunity for a CRM Executive ready for the step up with no direct reports.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the end-to-end creation and delivery of customer emails
build on the current email strategy, improving both personalisation and automation
work closely with the in-house content team and creative media agency to develop assets and email content, ensuring processes are met and targets are met
build, brief, proof, test, and commission campaigns within the email platform
perform A/B testing regularly reviewing sales reports and email analytics

Requirements:

CRM experience
ideally using Hubspot (not essential)
using CRM ESPs
advanced Excel
PowerPoint
web analytic tools (google analytics)
excellent attention to detail
high-level accuracy
proofreading
managing multiple tasks to a high level of quality
