My client is a household name in Sports Fashion, this industry leading retailer is looking for a brand-new CRM Manager to join their internal team. They operate an extremely flexible model of working allowing their employees to come into their London office on a hybrid model of working from home.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and drive the CRM and email strategy to support customer acquisition, retention/reactivation, improving conversion, building customer engagement, lifetime value and supporting business KPIs
  • Manage planning, developing, and implementing CRM campaigns
  • Work closely with the Brand Marketing and Growth team to ensure brand email communications are aligned with other marketing channels

Requirements

  • Experience working in a successful CRM team
  • Ability to collect and analyse data
  • Preferable B2C background
  • Knowledge of excel and Google analytics
