Job Description:

My client works within the Education industry and is looking for a CRM Manager to join their growing team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide daily management of the underlying CRM data, such as imports and data integrity
  • Be the central point of support and expertise for the CRM, including user management, data management, field updates and issue resolution
  • Manage processes within the CRM system to automate and manage workflows for marketing and sales activities
  • Create audience segments and personalised email campaigns while managing the AB test plan, running regular tests to improve performance

Requirements:

  • Experience working with salesforce or similar CRM systems ideally multiple CRM platforms
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Experience working with CRM’s with high volume sales of cloud-based subscription services and large customer base or similar
