Job Description:

Our client, a fast growing grocery and subscription business is currently looking to recruit a CRM Retention Manager paying up to £45,000. You will be key in shaping and building the customer retention and loyalty proposition.

Job Responsibility:

shaping and building the customer retention and loyalty proposition
create, own and deliver the overall CRM strategy
identifying key commercial levers and priorities across range of CRM channels
deliver CRM and loyalty plans
ensuring internal teams and agencies are aware and execute against delivery plans

Requirements:

strong Klavyio experience
good at data led insights
good at email automation
good at email strategy creation
good at email planning
good at customer insights

Nice to have:

strong Klavyio experience
