Job Description:

Our client, a leading luxury fashion brand is looking for a proactive and strategic CRM Manager to join their team.

Job Responsibility:

Completely own the CRM Strategy
Drive all CRM strategies for acquisition, retention, conversion and brand awareness

Requirements:

Experience owning CRM Strategy at a large level
Experience creating strategy for customer journey, segmentation, automation, email/sms/push notifications and personalisation
Proven record of delivering successful CRM strategies
Understanding of an omni-channel approach, ideally within fashion or luxury brand
Ability to work under pressure and at a pace
Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Nice to have:

Experience within a fashion or luxury brand
