Join our client, a fast-growing player in Gaming and Crypto, as a hands-on CRM Manager who will own and scale retention across the business. This role is ideal if you have built CRM from the ground up, understand how bonuses and gamification drive behavior, and want to prove impact through data, experimentation, and execution. Retention sits at the core of what you’ll do. Remote work is available on a global basis within UK Time Zone. This role does not offer relocation. In this role you’ll own CRM, shape how retention is built, and see real impact quickly. You’ll work with modern tooling and have room to experiment in a crypto-first iGaming environment.
Job Responsibility:
Own and execute end-to-end CRM strategy focused on retention, engagement, and long-term value
Design, launch, and A/B test personalized lifecycle journeys from onboarding to reactivation and VIP flows
Build and maintain player segmentation based on behavior, lifecycle stage, bonus interaction, and preferences
Manage multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, push, in-app/inbox, and on-site messaging
Collaborate with Gamaza now, and oversee migration to Optimove to ensure continuity and performance
Use Tableau to analyze performance, track retention KPIs, and identify trends for optimization opportunities
Own bonus configuration and mechanics, ensuring campaigns align with player psychology and commercial goals
Apply gamification principles to campaigns, journeys, and promotions to increase activity and loyalty
Ensure all CRM communications meet Crypto and iGaming compliance, plus responsible gaming requirements
Continuously test, iterate, and drive improvements in a fast-moving startup environment
Requirements:
3–5+ years of CRM experience, ideally within crypto iGaming
Proven track record building or scaling CRM from scratch in startup or high-growth settings
Strong experience with A/B testing personalized journeys and lifecycle optimization
Tableau expertise
hands-on experience is essential
Experience with Gamaza and/or Optimove (or similar enterprise CRM platforms)
Solid understanding of bonus systems, promotion mechanics, and their impact on player behavior
Experience applying gamification to retention and engagement strategies
Comfortable operating autonomously, taking ownership, and delivering results with minimal structure
Startup mindset — adaptable, proactive, and execution-focused
Nice to have:
Knowledge of the African market is a strong plus but not essential
