We’re looking for an experienced CRM & Loyalty Manager to join our Digital & Tech team. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll design, launch and own Popeyes UK’s loyalty programme and CRM strategy from the ground up, playing a key role in our next phase of growth. Working closely with Marketing, Digital, IT, Analytics, Operations and external partners, the role will blend customer data and insights with the overall brand strategy and narrative to create compelling, personalised customer journeys across owned channels.

  • Develop and deliver CRM strategy across email, app and push, balancing brand and performance objectives
  • Own day-to-day management of Bloomreach (CDP/CRM), including segmentation, automations and campaign execution
  • Use customer data and insight to drive personalisation, targeting and test-and-learn optimisation
  • Work closely with Marketing, Digital, IT, Analytics, Operations and external partners to deliver joined-up customer journeys
  • Define and track CRM and loyalty KPIs, reporting on performance and commercial impact
  • Continuously optimise CRM activity to increase visit frequency, spend, engagement and customer lifetime value

Requirements

  • Proven experience designing and managing loyalty programmes end-to-end
  • Strong background in CRM and customer lifecycle marketing
  • Hands-on experience using a CDP/CRM platform (Bloomreach experience highly desirable)
  • Commercial mindset with experience driving measurable customer growth
  • Experience in QSR, retail or ecommerce within a consumer-facing brand
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insight into action
  • Confidence working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment

What we offer

  • Competitive salary
  • Private healthcare + Life assurance
  • 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) + your birthday off
  • Career development and progression opportunities
  • Access to wellbeing and lifestyle benefits through our platform
  • Cycle to work scheme and gym discounts
