Report and manage incentive programs in line with global guidelines
Deploy standardized onboarding playbooks for newly recruited sales representatives
Deliver targeted coaching programs centered around consultative and value-based selling techniques

Own the local CRM ecosystem (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure high data integrity and usage

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related commercial discipline
5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or commercial excellence
3+ years of experience with Salesforce
Proven track record within a multinational environment or complex business-to-business (B2B) infrastructure
Advanced analytical capabilities with deep proficiency in CRM software, BI platforms, and advanced Excel
Strong stakeholder management skills to effectively influence cross-functional and executive leaders
Fluency in local language(s) alongside native-level or fluent professional English
