Purpose of the Job: The Commercial Excellence Leader optimizes sales commercial capabilities, governance, and operational standards across the local market. This professional acts as a strategic advisor to country sales leadership, utilizing data-driven insights to refine sales methodologies, elevate team performance, and maximize revenue efficiency.   • Enforce commercial guideline compliance and monitor data hygiene across all customer segments
  • Refine the sales pipeline framework to facilitate achievement of budgets and explore new revenue streams
  • Analyze sales productivity metrics to uncover market trends and performance gaps
  • Manage country-level KPI tracking, delivering actionable dashboards to the executive team
  • Report and manage incentive programs in line with global guidelines
  • Deploy standardized onboarding playbooks for newly recruited sales representatives
  • Deliver targeted coaching programs centered around consultative and value-based selling techniques

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related commercial discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or commercial excellence
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce
  • Proven track record within a multinational environment or complex business-to-business (B2B) infrastructure
  • Advanced analytical capabilities with deep proficiency in CRM software, BI platforms, and advanced Excel
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to effectively influence cross-functional and executive leaders
  • Fluency in local language(s) alongside native-level or fluent professional English
  • Strategic problem-solving mind capable of translating high-level vision into scalable local processes
