We’re looking for a CRM Lead – Distribution to shape and deliver our CRM marketing strategy across multiple brands and channels. You’ll lead a talented team to design and execute high-performing campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and commercial growth on a global scale.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel CRM strategy, delivering personalised, data-driven communications across the customer lifecycle
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire your team to deliver campaigns that meet ambitious commercial objectives
  • Collaborate with Data, Content, Brand, Product, and Trading teams to ensure CRM initiatives are aligned with business goals
  • Oversee campaign execution, optimisation, A/B testing, and reporting to continuously improve engagement and ROI
  • Champion the strategic use of customer data and enhance the effectiveness of our Customer Data Platform (CDD)
  • Have ownership of CRM strategy, segmentation, content planning, and performance measurement, ensuring a data-led, customer-first approach that maximises lifetime value and loyalty

  • Extensive experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing (typically 6+ years)
