Working in collaboration with retail tean and under the authority of the Retail Manager, the CRM Coordinator will drive customer engagement and optimize CRM performance.
Job Responsibility
Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring high standards of data integrity an accuracy
Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention
Analyze customer data to generate insights that support sales initiatives
Monitor CRM system performance and recommend enhancements to improves efficiency and functionality
Callaborate with sales and marketing teams to design targeted campaigns based on customer segmentation.
Requirements
3 + years experience in CRM department
Strong motivational skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Ability to handle a complex, multifaced role under preassure.
