Job Description

Working in collaboration with retail tean and under the authority of the Retail Manager, the CRM Coordinator will drive customer engagement and optimize CRM performance.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring high standards of data integrity an accuracy
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention
  • Analyze customer data to generate insights that support sales initiatives
  • Monitor CRM system performance and recommend enhancements to improves efficiency and functionality
  • Callaborate with sales and marketing teams to design targeted campaigns based on customer segmentation.

Requirements

  • 3 + years experience in CRM department
  • Strong motivational skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to handle a complex, multifaced role under preassure.
