We are looking for a CRM Intern to join our Growth & CRM team within Courier/Rider Operations. This is a hands-on role where you will support the execution of lifecycle campaigns for our riders across 22 countries, and on top of that, help us rethink and automate how we work by building smarter, AI-powered workflows into our CRM operations. You will learn the fundamentals of lifecycle marketing at scale while shaping how we use AI and automation to make our processes faster, leaner, and more personalized. We are looking for someone with the curiosity and technical comfort to turn real CRM problems into practical, scalable solutions and who is energized by the idea of doing the work and improving how it gets done at the same time.
Job Responsibility
Help design lifecycle campaigns and communication flows targeting rider acquisition, onboarding, reactivation, and long-term engagement, translating business goals into CRM plans
Provide support on the operational side of each campaign end-to-end: briefing, audience setup, QA, scheduling, localization, launch, and post-launch reporting
Track and assess CRM performance metrics (activation, conversion, retention), support A/B testing, and turn data into actionable recommendations
Collaborate with local teams across 22 countries to adapt campaigns to regional needs and communication preferences
Identify repetitive CRM tasks (copy localization across markets, campaign briefs, reporting summaries, audience QA) and build workflows to automate them
Build and iterate on prompt-based tools and lightweight automations to speed up campaign production and analysis
Use AI to support segmentation logic, A/B test analysis, and the interpretation of campaign results
Build an internal playbook of automation use cases and prompting best practices that the team can reuse
Stay on top of the evolving AI and automation landscape (new models, tools, no-code platforms) and proactively share what is genuinely useful with the team
Requirements
Ability to work 40 hours per week for at least 6 months
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a strong interest in growth, lifecycle marketing, or CRM
You have built at least one real automation before. This could be a workflow, a Google Apps Script, a basic SQL query, a Python notebook, or an AI-powered workflow you set up to solve a real problem. You don't need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable with the basics of SQL/Python (enough to read, tweak, and run simple scripts), and understand AI and automation as something more than writing prompts in ChatGPT
AI curiosity with a practical mindset: You follow new developments, experiment with tools on your own, and can tell where AI creates real value vs. hype
Execution mindset: Proactive, hands-on, and energized by getting things shipped, even under tight deadlines or shifting scopes
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Nice to have: Familiarity with CRM platforms, a more advanced command of SQL or Python, experience running A/B tests, or basic Figma skills for mocking up campaign assets
