Job Description

We’re looking for a CRM & Growth Executive who can help us retain users and grow engagement across different channels. This role will be about understanding user behaviour and promote the right campaigns.

Job Responsibility

  • Multi-Channel Execution: Own the daily deployment of Web/App Push, Email, WhatsApp, and Telegram deals
  • Lifecycle Awareness: Assist the senior lead in executing 'Journeys' (e.g., Abandoned Cart, Welcome Series, Win-back campaigns)
  • Deal Curation & Copywriting: Identify trending e-commerce hacks/deals and turn them into 'click-worthy' short-form copy that drives clicks & revenue
  • On-Platform Merchandising: Manage the scheduling and refreshing of homepage banners and site-wide promotions
  • Retention Tracking: Monitor daily Click-Through Rates (CTR) and Unsubscribe rates to ensure we are engaging users, not spamming them
  • Growth Experiments: Help run A/B tests on subject lines, images, and send-times to optimize for conversion.

Requirements

  • Experience in E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, or CRM
  • Familiarity with tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, or CleverTap is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and AI tools for campaign ideas and creatives
  • Good understanding of trending deals and shopping behaviour
  • Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting.
