Job Description

Our client is seeking two freelance CRM Graphic Designers to support a fast-paced, high-volume CRM production team. This role focuses on building, revising, and versioning digital layouts for active campaign and launch work. Designers will work closely with internal creative, project management, and production teams to deliver accurate, on-time updates across multiple revision cycles.

Job Responsibility

  • Support CRM design production, versioning, and ongoing layout updates
  • Build, revise, and adapt CRM templates based on provided creative direction
  • Work from existing assets, copy, templates, and design systems
  • Execute fast, accurate updates across multiple iterations and feedback rounds
  • Collaborate closely with designers, producers, and project managers
  • Maintain clean, organized working files and follow established handoff processes

Requirements

  • Strong production and digital design experience in fast-paced environments
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
  • Working knowledge of Adobe XD
  • Experience with CRM design, email campaigns, digital marketing assets, or high-volume production/versioning work
  • Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy and consistency
  • Comfortable working within structured client processes and compliance requirements
  • Strong background in digital production design
  • Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced creative environments
  • Comfortable with tight deadlines, frequent revisions, and launch-driven work
  • Available immediately
