My client is looking for a CRM Executive to join their growing team in Manchester, the role itself will execute CRM across both email and SMS however will also be an opportunity to support other marketing channels. Day to day you will be building well-thought-through lifecycle automations at key parts of the customer journey. You will be expected to plan and execute targeted email, SMS, and push campaigns to promote products, offers, and news to different segments of the customer base. You will also be analysing customer data and insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the customer journey. During the role you will monitor and report on the performance of CRM activities, using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
Job Responsibility:
Execute CRM across both email and SMS
