Job Description:

Are you looking to make them next steps in your CRM career? Are you at the start of your CRM career and looking for a life changing opportunity. Do you want to work in the luxury travel industry deliverying B2B shows worldwide defining specific travel genres and building passionate communities around them? My client is looking for a CRM executive to join there ever growing team. This exciting opportunity will give you the chance to work internationally and work only a 4-day week while being paid for 5.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support in managing the event platform for all travel trade events
  • Support the output of meeting system
  • Work closely with CRM Manager to support and enhance both Pardot and Certain (event management platform)
  • Support delivery and execution of all CRM projects
  • Work together with internal stakeholders to prepare and execute event phase delivery

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years’ experience of CRM
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Able to filter information and assess priorities effectively
  • Able to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels, during difficult or challenging circumstances
  • Educated to degree standard or equivalent
  • Salesforce.com and integrated (Pardot) experience
  • Has used and built CRM systems before
