CRM Executive

CRM Executive - Hospitality. Are you enthusiastic, ambitious and highly motivated? My client is looking for a CRM Executive to join the CRM team for my client who are industry leading in the Hospitality sector. My client is looking for a customer champion (and potentially a future leader) to join my clients growing team as a CRM Executive to help plan and deliver high performance CRM campaigns for my customers family of brands to actively drive frequency, retain & engage existing customers, reduce churn and grow customer lifetime value through brilliant execution of compelling campaigns. You will be able to work from either Staffordshire or London offices, this permanent, full time role reports to a Senior CRM Manager and offers a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team which has seen recent investment in tools. Will be expected to travel to Staffordshire once a month to meet the teams – incentive days out etc.
