Our client is a huge Household Name Retailer based in the heart of Hertfordshire looking to hire a CRM Executive. They are looking for passionate individuals to join their fantastic team, this company is evolving fast with huge plans for the year.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage both the content and creation of new loyalty tactics
  • Support the overall CRM strategy in the day-to-day building, testing, delivery, coordination and management of the omni channel campaigns
  • Report directly to the CRM Manager

Requirements

  • CRM experience primarily in Email Marketing Campaigns
  • Strong digital background
  • Ability to partner with Retail, IT, UX, Digital Marketing, Online Trading, Brand Marketing teams and third parties on cross functional projects

  • Work closely with the finance team to track and report on CRM performance using live data and key engagement metrics
  • Run A/B tests across messaging, timing, targeting, and creative approaches
  • Identify trends and insights to continuously improve CRM effectiveness and ultimately optimise sales
  • Help to build and manage CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and in-store tie-ins
  • Support the launch of Farmer J’s app – working closely with Operations, Finance, and the Food team
  • Become the go-to expert for CRM, loyalty, and guest engagement tools
