CRM Executive role for a leader in premium womenswear, driving engaging campaigns to enhance customer relationships and contribute to business growth in a fast-paced environment
Job Responsibility:
Take charge of planning, executing, and optimising CRM campaigns across multiple territories
Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers and copywriters

Requirements:
Proven track record managing CRM campaigns in ecommerce retail, preferably with a global footprint
Experience with platforms like Exponea is a bonus
Hands-on experience with analytics tools, ideally Google Analytics
Excellent ability to cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
A high level of emotional intelligence to communicate effectively across all audience levels
