Farmer J – CRM Executive Do you “give a fork” about what you do? Do you love great food? This is for you! We’re looking for a highly analytical and data-driven CRM Executive to join our fantastic Marketing team. This role is about shaping how we connect with guests digitally - building loyalty, improving retention, and creating more relevant, timely communications across email, push, and in-app channels. You’ll help bring our CRM and loyalty ecosystem to life from the ground up, using data, creativity, and experimentation to improve how guests engage with the brand. What you’ll be doing as our CRM Executive: Create and manage audience segments based on customer behaviour, frequency, spend, and engagement, by translating raw customer data into clear, actionable targeting strategies. Build and optimise automated customer journeys (onboarding, loyalty activation, win-back, reactivation) and develop CRM flows that improve retention and long-term customer value. Help shape how loyalty and rewards are communicated across the customer journey. Work closely with the finance team to track and report on CRM performance using live data and key engagement metrics Run A/B tests across messaging, timing, targeting, and creative approaches. Identify trends and insights to continuously improve CRM effectiveness and ultimately optimise sales. Help to build and manage CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and in-store tie-ins Support the launch of Farmer J’s app – working closely with Operations, Finance, and the Food team. Become the go-to expert for CRM, loyalty, and guest engagement tools Our new CRM Executive will have: 2 years+ experience in CRM for a customer-centric hospitality, retail or leisure brand. A love for food – a bonus if you’ve been to Farmer J! Exceptional Excel skills and highly analytical Experience of managing a loyalty app – this is essential. First-class organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects. A team player attitude with boundless energy - we move fast and have fun doing it. What's in it for our CRM Executive?
