Job Description

As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing email marketing campaigns for Everlast US and The Webster US. This role will focus on delivering high-quality, timely, and effective CRM activity that drives engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth across both brands.

Job Responsibility

  • Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns in line with brand guidelines and marketing calendars
  • Oversee existing automated workflows to ensure smooth operation and intended outcomes
  • Track and analyse campaign performance metrics, including open rates, CTR, deliverability and conversion rates
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimise future campaigns
  • Identify new implementation opportunities for growth
  • Monitor the Everlast loyalty programme, ensuring consistent communication and engagement
  • Collaborate with the wider team to plan and execute a refresh of the loyalty programme to enhance customer retention and value

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in CRM ideally with a mix of performance-focused and creative campaign execution
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms such as Klaviyo/Emarsys and email marketing best practices
  • Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and performance optimisation
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, detect optimisation opportunities, and apply them
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • A self-starter and proactive mindset, with the ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance

Nice to have

  • experience in retail preferred, but not essential
  • knowledge of Shopify, Yotpo and the US market are a plus

  • Own and maintain the performance of 7 email trigger journeys (36 emails) each for US, AU, CA, including fixing bugs, monitoring deployments and benchmarking sends, and troubleshooting
  • Regularly update triggers in line with BAU (trade/promotional) activity, supporting key promotions, retail versioning, and new season creative
  • Uncover opportunities to optimize journeys through A/B testing across email, web experience and SMS and further segment journeys with offers and contact cadence tailored to Prospects, Reacts, Nursery and other key customer groups

  • Monitor email & SMS deliverability and list hygiene to ensure optimal inbox placement

  • Monitor industry best practices and competitor activity, using insights to drive strategy and/or propose new & innovative initiatives to grow the business
