Job Description:

My client is a large retail business that’s been established for over 300 years, they are looking for a CRM Executive to join their friendly well-established team. They are offering a hybrid model of working 2 days a week in their London central office, the remaining working from home, offering a competitive salary of up to £30,000+ benefits.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the end-to-end creation and delivery of customer emails
Build on the current email strategy to develop increasingly personalised and automated marketing programmes
Work with internal stakeholders to develop creative assets and email content, ensuring deadlines are hit
Adopt best practice techniques to brief, proof, build and commission campaigns within the email platform
Be responsible for the A/B testing roadmap for email and analyse performance to optimise

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of CRM marketing experience
Strong analytical and commercial understanding
Excellent relationship building skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Enthusiastic and energetic work ethic
Excellent attention to detail
Ambitious self-starter who can identify solutions to support growth
