Job Description:

My client is a large retail business that’s been established for over 300 years, they are looking for a CRM Executive to join their friendly well-established team. They are offering a hybrid model of working 2 days a week in their London central office, the remaining working from home, offering a competitive salary of up to £30,000+ benefits.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the end-to-end creation and delivery of customer emails
  • Build on the current email strategy to develop increasingly personalised and automated marketing programmes
  • Work with internal stakeholders to develop creative assets and email content, ensuring deadlines are hit
  • Adopt best practice techniques to brief, proof, build and commission campaigns within the email platform
  • Be responsible for the A/B testing roadmap for email and analyse performance to optimise

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of CRM marketing experience
  • Strong analytical and commercial understanding
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Enthusiastic and energetic work ethic
  • Excellent attention to detail
