Our growing client is seeking a CRM ERP Administrator for a full-time, permanent opportunity with immediate benefits. The CRM ERP Administrator will be responsible for the ongoing administration, support, configuration, and optimization of a cloud-based CRM platform. This individual will also play a key role in future CRM-to-ERP integration efforts with Oracle NetSuite. Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems is highly relevant. Job Responsibility
Administer, configure, and support a highly customized CRM platform
Provide day-to-day user support for CRM issues, including break/fix tickets
Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with stakeholders to identify solutions
Test updates, enhancements, and changes in a sandbox environment
Maintain CRM configuration settings and support ongoing system improvements
Manage pricing data and other master data elements
Partner closely with internal sales teams to resolve issues and support business processes
Document processes, configurations, and support activity thoroughly
Assist with future integration efforts between the CRM platform and Oracle NetSuite ERP
Support workflow-driven processes tied to quotes, orders, and invoices
Requirements
Experience administering, configuring, or supporting ERP, CRM, or similar business systems in a complex environment
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze issues and translate business needs into system solutions
Hands-on familiarity with configurable cloud platforms used for customer, project, document, or service management
Exposure to CRM or ERP tools such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, HubSpot, NetSuite CRM, or comparable applications
Knowledge of configuration management, master data maintenance, and workflow-based business processes
Ability to document requirements, configurations, and support procedures in a clear and organized manner
Experience working with internal sales or operations teams to support quoting, ordering, or invoicing activities
Familiarity with integration initiatives involving Oracle NetSuite or other enterprise platforms is preferred
Nice to have
Experience in CRM administration, sales systems support, or CRM business analysis
Exposure to ERP integration projects, especially with Oracle NetSuite
Comfortable working in both technical and business-facing capacities
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
