We are looking for a skilled and motivated CRM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement, streamline business processes, and improve overall customer experience.
Job Responsibility:
Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions based on business requirements
Customize and configure CRM platforms (such as Salesforce)
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
Develop integrations between CRM systems and other enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, and messaging systems
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within CRM systems
Perform code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM functionality and performance
Support production systems and provide timely resolution of defects and incidents
Contribute to system design, architecture discussions, and best practices
Requirements:
Strong experience with CRM platforms - Salesforce
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
Good understanding of data modeling and database concepts (SQL/NoSQL)
Familiarity with cloud platforms and services
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
10+ years specifically within self-clearing and trade execution experience, FIX and trade flow
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Nice to have:
Experience in financial services or investment banking domain
Exposure to customer journey mapping and marketing automation tools
