Job Description:

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer (Mid–Senior level) to join our growing team in Demant Technology & Innovation Centre, Malaysia. You will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining CRM solutions that support business-critical operations. This role offers an opportunity to work on both technical delivery and, for senior candidates, solution design and leadership.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM (9.1 / D365 CE) solutions
  • Implement plugins, workflows, custom entities, forms, and integrations
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
  • Participate in Agile development and sprint delivery
  • Lead technical design and architecture decisions
  • Mentor junior developers and review code quality
  • Ensure best practices, scalability, and performance optimization

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years (Mid) or 6+ years (Senior) experience in C#/.NET development
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / D365 CE
  • Experience with plugins, workflows, and CRM SDK
  • Strong understanding of SQL Server and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Azure, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
  • Exposure to Dynamics 365 CE (online)
