Job Description:

For this transformative organisation, we need a diverse team of CRM experts all dedicated to design, build and activate new ways to engage our users around our favourite topic, music. Beyond ideation and concepting, we need resourceful individuals who can dig into the how and thrive working in a dynamic environment to get things done. This role has a start date from December onwards and a duration of 1 year.

Job Responsibility:

Ideate and execute CRM journeys (in our CRM tool Braze) to boost activation and conversion
Work closely with different teams across the organisation to ensure the successful execution of our CRM strategy
Implement AB tests to continuously improve journeys’ performance
Monitor, analyse and report on CRM performance metrics, and communicate learnings to the organisation
Find new and innovative ways to engage with users, effectively using our channel mix

Requirements:

A data-driven approach and strong organisational skills
An experience in project management
A genuine enthusiasm for customers and a creative mindset
Working proficiency in English
Knowledge of CRM platforms is a plus (ideally Braze)
