We’re working with a well-established, digitally-led financial services business looking to bring in an experienced CRM specialist to support a key transformation project. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be stepping into a business that knows it needs to evolve its CRM capability. Right now, things aren’t as data-led or as advanced as they could be, so they’re looking for someone who can come in, challenge the status quo and bring a more modern, effective approach.
