We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor for the customer and be responsible for understanding client requirements, configuring the CRM system to meet their needs, and ensuring a seamless and successful implementation process.
Job Responsibility:
Facilitate workshops with clients to understand their needs, requirements and objectives
Translate client requirements into detailed functional specifications, technical specifications and CRM solutions
Identify solutions in our application based on the customers complex business process, issues and needs
Lead the implementation of CRM systems, including configuration, integration, and data migration
Configure the CRM system to meet their needs
Act as a constant bridge between project stakeholders and internal teams
Act as a product expert and guide all stakeholders to the correct solutions
Follow up with customers, communicate potential future standards and benefits
Prioritize activities to meet the requirements
Requirements:
Analytical and customer centric mindset
Communication skills in French and English
Structured and organised
Ability to lead several projects and activities
Flexible approach, willing to wear multiple hats if needed
2 years or plus in functional consultancy or relevant experience, consulting background is a plus
Strong analytic skills, background in functional analysis required
Experience with CRM or ERP implementations
Ability to think strategically (big picture) and tactically in regards to project planning, scoping, budgeting, and quality
Demonstrated ability to estimate project efforts and manage client expectations
Understanding and appreciation of processes/procedures and governance required to lead projects
Ability to manage tight timelines, limited resources and still deliver on time and within scope.
