Job Description:

We’re partnering with a fast-paced lifestyle brand seeking a Freelance CRM Consultant for a short-term project (1-2 weeks). This role is ideal for someone with deep CRM expertise and a background in lifestyle, fitness, fashion, or luxury. You’ll conduct a focused audit of their CRM activity and recommend actionable improvements that increase email performance and revenue. If you enjoy shaping strategic CRM recommendations quickly and efficiently, this is a great brief.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a full audit of current CRM activity and performance
Review email volume, sequencing and workflow structure
Evaluate segmentation strategy and identify opportunities for refinement
Assess content, channel mix and overall CRM approach
Provide recommendations to improve profitability and effectiveness
Work within Klaviyo to understand current set-up and potential enhancements

Requirements:

Proven experience as a CRM Consultant or Senior CRM Specialist
Background within lifestyle, fitness, fashion or luxury brands
Strong understanding of segmentation, email strategy and customer journeys
Confident in analysing CRM performance and identifying growth opportunities
Expert knowledge of Klaviyo
Ability to deliver clear, actionable recommendations quickly
