Job Description:

We are looking for a CRM Campaign Manager to join our Marketing department within the CRM sub-function. Reporting to the Head of CRM, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to make cities more livable. You will work closely with colleagues in the Marketing CRM team and directly with Product teams to leverage our solutions and automate communication toward our B2C customers. Your primary focus will be developing, managing, and executing campaigns and automated programs designed to attract and retain customers, actively contributing to customer engagement and revenue targets. This is a unique opportunity to influence our CRM Lifecycle strategy while being part of a growing team that is highly appreciated within the entire organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan both the strategic communication and the actual execution of the program to ensure quality deliverables
  • Ensure effective end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns across push, in-app, SMS, and email in collaboration with Product, Regional, and Global Marketing Managers
  • Analyze performance, set up plans, and take action to improve and optimize CRM campaigns
  • Structure A/B and/or multivariate tests to optimize campaigns and programs, incorporating content strategies to drive user engagement
  • Plan out needed personalization and dynamic content for all portions of the campaign across multiple channels
  • Develop and execute methods for upsell/cross-sell to directly contribute to revenue targets
  • Be a customer advocate within Arrive, ensuring the highest quality interactions with the user across all lifecycle channels

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of relevant working experience in CRM or marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM tooling, preferably Braze, with the ability to build and QA complex campaign logic
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and a strong understanding of CRM and Customer KPIs
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools such as Looker and Mixpanel
  • Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration
