Amaris Consulting is looking for a curious and motivated Business Analyst to join our team in Brussels as part of the VIE program. You’ll play a key role in bridging business needs with technical teams, leveraging your CRM experience to contribute to impactful digital transformation projects across sectors such as banking, insurance, and the public domain.
Job Responsibility:
Gather, analyze, and formalize business and functional requirements, particularly around CRM-related processes
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure CRM solutions meet business needs
Translate business requirements into functional specifications or user stories for development teams
Support the analysis and optimization of customer journeys, sales, or service processes within CRM environments
Participate in testing phases, including test case definition and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered solutions
Maintain clear documentation and ensure traceability across requirements and deliverables
Gain hands-on exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and actively participate in sprint ceremonies
Requirements:
Eligible for the VIE program and willing to relocate to Brussels
Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
Initial experience (internship or first role) working with Salesforce or another CRM solution (Dynamics, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
Strong interest in digital transformation, CRM systems, and business process improvement
Basic understanding of functional analysis, user stories, and Agile ways of working
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact with both business and technical teams
Speak English and French fluently (both written and spoken) – mandatory
