CRM Business Analyst

• Lead workshops and interviews with Key Account Managers, Customer & Operations teams, and other stakeholders to capture user needs and pain points
• Translate business needs into personas, user journeys, use-cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Define and challenge design principles and scope boundaries between CRM and surrounding systems
• Build a clear CRM vision, MVP scope, and incremental roadmap
• Produce high-quality analysis deliverables: business requirements, process maps (AS-IS/TO-BE), data & reporting needs, integration needs
• Conduct structured market exploration, vendor longlist/shortlist, and support the selection process
• Coordinate with internal teams (security, architecture, procurement, legal) to ensure a rigorous and compliant selection process

• Experience with CRM tools (selection, implementation, or optimization)
• Experience researching and shaping customer solutions & digital software products
• Experience in the energy sector and good knowledge of the Belgian energy market
• Experience in structured analysis and recommendations integrating business knowledge
• Experience integrating technical constraints and collaborating with technical profiles
• Academic background: engineering or business school
• English and French fluent
