As our new CRM Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening Voi’s lifecycle marketing and driving long-term customer engagement, conversion, and retention. You will identify opportunities across the customer journey, then turn them into automated CRM programmes that scale with Braze as your main playground. Reporting to the CRM Manager, you will work closely with Data, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure that lifecycle initiatives are data-driven, well-structured, and aligned with Voi’s broader growth objectives. This is a 6-month fixed-term position based in our Stockholm HQ.
Job Responsibility:
Analyse lifecycle performance using SQL and CRM data to uncover opportunities across onboarding, engagement, upsell, and retention
Investigate user behaviour and campaign performance to identify automation gaps and new lifecycle journeys
Translate insights into actionable CRM journeys, segmentation strategies, and targeting logic
Build and optimise automated lifecycle journeys in Braze using Canvas, segmentation, and Liquid logic
Develop scalable campaign structures and reusable templates that reduce manual work
Design and run A/B tests across channels, and turn results into concrete optimisation actions
Continuously improve targeting, timing, and messaging based on data and experimentation
Collaborate with Marketing, Data, and Product to support multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app) and ensure alignment with growth initiatives
Maintain strong QA standards to secure accurate segmentation, triggers, and personalisation, and avoid overlaps or conflicting journeys
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation
Hands-on experience building lifecycle journeys in Braze or a similar CRM platform
Working knowledge of SQL and the ability to independently analyse lifecycle data and campaign performance
Experience designing, running, and evaluating A/B tests, including understanding of experimentation methodology, statistical significance, and sample size needs
Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing strategies (onboarding, engagement, upsell, retention)
Experience building automated CRM journeys and scalable campaign structures
Confidence working with CRM data structures: user attributes, events, triggers, and segmentation logic
Key strengths in analytical thinking, problem solving, organisation & prioritisation, communication & collaboration, and a structured experimentation mindset
