Job Description

We are partnering with a much loved retailer in their search for a technical CRM Manager to join their established team of inhouse experts. This role will suit an automation specialist who loves to be hands on with the design, build and optimisation of CRM campaigns to drive marketing and business KPIs. Reporting to the Head of CRM, the successful candidate will own and manage advanced segmentation strategies and automations to deliver highly personalised and data driven customer experiences.

Job Responsibility

  • Management and enhancement of the CRM database its integration with other platforms
  • Implementation of complex technical automations and event triggered CRM campaigns
  • Ownership of sophisticated customer segmentation and targeted CRM activity
  • Detailed analysis of customer data and behaviours, delivering actionable insights to non-technical colleagues
  • Hands on build, test and optimisation of complex automated customer journeys

Requirements

  • Hands on technical CRM experience, working with marketing automation platforms
  • Proven experience delivering complex segmentations in a consumer environment
  • Highly numerical and enjoys working with large data sets

  • Build customer journeys using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to meet the business needs
