Job Description

You’ll support the day-to-day management of the global CRM channel, helping to deliver high-quality campaigns across email, app push notifications, SMS and WhatsApp. You’ll play an important role in supporting channel growth and improving campaign performance through accurate execution, creativity and strong attention to detail. Working closely with the wider Marketing team, you’ll contribute to enhancing retention and acquisition through targeted communications, testing, and performance monitoring.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the planning, building, and scheduling of international email campaigns, helping maintain an accurate and up-to-date international campaign calendar
  • Take ownership of email campaign builds across international territories in Klaviyo
  • Take full ownership of the planning and scheduling of daily push notifications
  • Ownership of push notification monthly and weekly planning and scheduling
  • Work closely with Graphics and Creative teams to brief and develop engaging campaign concepts that align with key trading moments, product launches, seasonal trends, and stock availability
  • Contribute ideas to improve localisation across international territories, ensuring content is relevant to seasonal trends, cultural moments, and individual market behaviours
  • Maintain automated customer journeys, including updating flow imagery and creative assets to align with seasonal campaigns
  • Work closely with Marketing, eCommerce and Merchandising teams to ensure all communications are on-brand, accurate, and timely
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing clear and actionable insights to support continuous improvement
  • Track industry trends and create competitor reports to influence future campaigns

Requirements

  • Experience with email marketing platforms or CRM campaign management tools is beneficial
  • A strong focus on accuracy and quality assurance, with meticulous attention to detail when building, checking, and testing campaigns before deployment
  • A balance of creative flair and analytical thinking, combined with a commercial mindset
  • The ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and a customer-first mindset
  • An active interest in emerging trends and innovations within digital marketing and CRM
