Job Description

Artemest is looking for a smart, curious, and highly organized CRM & Trade Marketing intern to join the team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys analysing data, and is excited about bringing marketing strategies to life through a newly implemented customer segmentation framework.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the implementation and orchestration of Artemest's new customer segmentation, ensuring its consistent application across marketing, tech, and sales channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored engagement activities for each customer clusters (from VIPs to long-tail clients)
  • Assist in the planning and execution of targeted marketing campaigns, including objective setting, audience selection, and post-campaign analysis
  • Monitor campaign performance and contribute to the development of performance reports, to identify opportunities for optimization
  • Improve database quality through data cleaning, deduplication, and enrichment
  • Support the roll-out of international trade marketing initiatives, helping to coordinate communication materials and internal tools
  • Contribute to the creation of event communication strategies aimed at VIP clients, partners and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Business & Management, Marketing and Communication
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Someone who understands the business value of segmentation and CRM, but can also follow through with operational execution
  • Highly collaborative since you'll be working across CRM, marketing, tech, and sales teams
  • Detail oriented and systems-minded: able to ensure consistent application of segmentation logic and messaging
  • Curious and proactive: willing to ask 'why' and seeking improvements in how customers are grouped, targeted, and engaged
