Robert Half Marketing and Creative has a client that is looking for a skilled CRM and Email Marketing Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Lakewood, Colorado. This role is integral in developing and executing customer relationship management strategies to enhance engagement, retention, and business growth. With a focus on leveraging tools like Salesforce and Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), you will drive impactful campaigns and optimize customer journeys.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and implement CRM strategies to nurture leads and improve customer lifecycle performance
  • Collaborate with sales, content, and product teams to create targeted, multi-channel marketing campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM marketing, with hands-on knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement)
  • Proven ability to develop and optimize automated campaigns that drive customer engagement and revenue growth
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in campaign reporting and performance analysis
  • Expertise in personalization, segmentation, and customer journey mapping in either B2B or B2C environments
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities, with a talent for cross-functional collaboration
  • Certifications in Pardot, Salesforce, or other marketing automation platforms are highly desirable
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics or social media management platforms is a plus
