We are seeking a detail‑oriented and solutions‑driven CRM Administrator to manage, optimize, and support our organization’s customer relationship management platform. This role is ideal for someone with any CRM experience who enjoys improving workflows, driving data accuracy, supporting users, and ensuring the CRM operates smoothly across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
Job Responsibility:
Administer, configure, and maintain the company CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, Zoho, or similar)
Manage user accounts, permissions, profiles, roles, and security settings
Build, update, and optimize dashboards, reports, workflows, automations, and fields
Maintain data integrity through regular audits, cleanup, deduplication, and quality controls
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership to understand CRM needs and implement improvements
Create and maintain documentation: processes, naming conventions, best practices, and change logs
Support system integrations, API connections, third‑party tools, and new feature rollouts
Provide training, technical support, and troubleshooting for CRM users
Assist with CRM roadmap initiatives, upgrades, and enhancements
Track system performance and recommend improvements aligned to business goals
Requirements:
2–5+ years of hands‑on CRM administration (any platform welcome: HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, Zoho, Copper, SugarCRM, etc.)
Experience with workflow automation, custom objects/fields, reporting, pipelines, and data governance
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with an ability to translate business needs into CRM solutions
Excellent communication skills and a user‑friendly approach to training and support
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
Nice to have:
Familiarity with integrations, middleware, APIs, and connectors (Zapier, Workato, Make, etc.)
Experience supporting Sales/Marketing/Customer Success teams
Exposure to lead routing, lifecycle stages, campaign attribution, or sales operations
CRM certifications (HubSpot, Salesforce Admin, Dynamics Power Platform, etc.)
Basic understanding of SQL, Excel, or data modeling
