Job Description

Paid Internship: Critical Support Coordination with German language (f/m). Join the IT operations team to gain hands-on experience, including ticket management, incident handling, and global communication.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor, coordinate, and resolve critical issues that impact business processes

  • You’re a student (ideally in your 2nd or 3rd year) who’s curious to see how theory turns into practice
  • You feel confident in both English and German – writing and speaking
  • Communication comes naturally to you – whether it’s explaining an idea or writing a clear message
  • You enjoy teamwork, but you’re also comfortable handling tasks on your own when needed
  • You can make decisions and stay focused even when things get a little stressful.
