Job Description:

Paid Internship: Critical Support Coordination with German language (f/m). Join the IT operations team to gain hands-on experience, including ticket management, incident handling, and global communication.

Job Responsibility:

Monitor, coordinate, and resolve critical issues that impact business processes
Learn and use IT service management tools
Communicate effectively with international teams
Help with ticket management and incident handling

Requirements:

You’re a student (ideally in your 2nd or 3rd year) who’s curious to see how theory turns into practice
You feel confident in both English and German – writing and speaking
Communication comes naturally to you – whether it’s explaining an idea or writing a clear message
You enjoy teamwork, but you’re also comfortable handling tasks on your own when needed
You can make decisions and stay focused even when things get a little stressful.

Nice to have:

Any experience in an international or multicultural environment
If you’ve heard about ITSM or have some basic knowledge
