• Develops and Implements Procedures: Enhances or creates new procedures and leads drills
• Team Leadership and Management: Reviews and approves shift handovers, mentors the team, identifies succession planning candidates, and can fulfill the duties of the Regional ROC Manager when required
• Oversees Operations and Provides Expertise: Serves as a subject matter expert, oversees day-to-day workload, ensures team training, and liaises globally with local operations to manage and escalate issues
• Monitors and Responds to Alarms: Utilizes various platforms to monitor critical environment equipment, interprets alarms, assesses customer impact, and creates tickets for unplanned events, supporting local investigation and root cause analyses

• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent
• 5+ years mission critical services work/applied learning experience (e.g., high availability assembly/manufacturing/critical infrastructure environments such as data centers, oil and gas refineries, hospitals, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related fields) OR equivalent experience
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
• This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent AND 7+ years mission critical services experience (e.g., high-availability assembly/manufacturing/critical infrastructure environments such as data centers, oil and gas refineries, hospitals, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related fields) OR Associate’s Degree or technical trade certification (e.g., military, trade school), or higher-equivalent education AND 5+ years mission-critical services experience and incident management (e.g., high-availability assembly/manufacturing/critical infrastructure environments such as data centers, oil and gas refineries, hospitals, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related fields) OR equivalent experience
• 1+ year(s) people management experience
