As a CO+I Critical Environment Support Assistant, you will perform a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform. Job Responsibility
Supports senior colleagues as an assistant
Adds required data, documents changes and upkeep of procedures and building management systems
Participates in the creation of incident timelines/data, root-cause analyses, and/or action items
Provides maintenance assistance by prepping materials and performing administrative tasks
Prepares paperwork in support of maintenance planning scope
Helps to provide onboarding support for new employees, vendors, and interns
Creating and submitting requests for datacenter access
Support the development of Methods of Operating Procedure (MOPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Assists in managing CE SharePoint site
Provides onsite team support and carries out tasks under direction of others
Learns to take accountability for their components of assigned project outcomes
Seeks to ask questions and share ideas related to projects
Requirements
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background check
Citizenship verification
Ability to pass Criminal Justice Information Services background check
Nice to have
2+ years technical services experience
Associate's Degree or technical trade certification
