Job Responsibility:
Manage your own caseload of criminal matters, including theft, assault, drug offences, and related work
Represent clients at the Magistrates’ Court
Provide legal advice throughout all stages of the criminal process
Prepare and present cases clearly and effectively
Work with clients, barristers, and other professionals to move cases forward
Keep case files accurate and up to date
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor with 1–3 years PQE in criminal law
Confident handling your own caseload independently
Strong knowledge of criminal law and procedures
Good advocacy and communication skills
Organised, able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines
Committed to delivering a high level of client service
