Job Description:

A reputable criminal defence firm based in London is currently seeking a driven and organised Criminal Paralegal to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Criminal Paralegal looking to gain hands-on experience within a high-profile and fast-paced legal environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide essential support to solicitors on active criminal cases
  • Prepare case files
  • Attend police stations
  • Liaise with clients and counsel
  • Manage evidence and documentation
  • Legal research
  • Assisting in trial preparation
  • Regular travel to police stations and courts across London

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a paralegal within criminal defence (essential)
  • Police Station Accreditation (desirable but not essential)
  • Law degree or equivalent legal qualification (essential)
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • A genuine interest in criminal law and the justice system
