Job Description:

An established Legal 500 criminal defence practice based in West London is seeking an experienced Criminal Paralegal to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Criminal Paralegal looking to expand their exposure to complex criminal matters including serious crime, fraud, and police station work.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting fee earners with criminal defence matters
Preparing case bundles
Taking client instructions
Drafting statements
Assisting with Crown Court and Magistrates' Court proceedings
Attending police stations
Liaising with clients, barristers, and other third parties

Requirements:

Prior experience in criminal law (minimum 6 months)
Law degree or equivalent qualification
LPC/SQE completed or in progress (preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Police Station Accreditation is desirable but not essential
Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
