A leading legal practice based in London is seeking a Criminal Defence Paralegal with Police Station Accreditation to join their award-winning team. Job Responsibility:

  • Attending police stations
  • Preparing cases
  • Supporting legal proceedings from initial arrest through to court hearings
  • Preparing evidence and witness statements
  • Managing Legal Aid applications
  • Handling correspondence
  • Ensuring files are managed in line with compliance requirements
  • Working collaboratively with solicitors during court and client conferences

Requirements:

  • Police Station Accreditation is essential
  • Law degree or equivalent legal qualification required
